Next Step: Answer a few questions to tailor your 21 Day Boxing Blueprint

How The 21 Day Blueprint Works

Most boxing gyms put you straight into classes.
You work through combinations, nobody checks your basics, and you quietly build habits you’ll have to fix later.

The Boxing Blueprint is three weeks of technique-first training alongside others who are in the same boat.

What you get:
Two 1:1 sessions with a coach
Unlimited skills classes
weekly check-ins with a coach who makes sure you’re building the right foundations from the start.

By the end of it, you’ll know how to train. And you’ll actually be able to trust what you’re doing.

Hear what our community has to say:

Do i need to be fit to start?

No. This is one of the most common worries and it holds a lot of people back for no reason. You start boxing to get fitter, not the other way around. The early sessions focus on technique and light conditioning, and the intensity builds as you do. You work at your own pace from day one.

I have never thrown a punch. Do i need to have any prior boxing experience?

No! That's exactly who the Blueprint is built for. It assumes zero experience and starts with the real fundamentals: stance, guard, footwork, and your first punches. You go from unsure to knowing what you're doing, one step at a time.

How is this different from a Boxing Fitness class?

A lot of "boxing" classes are cardio workouts. You sweat, but you never actually learn to box. At Brother Boxing, the focus is development at every level. The 21 Day Boxing Blueprint teaches real boxing fundamentals, so at the end you can throw proper punches with proper technique, not just getting fit but feeling like your boxing isn't going anywhere. We train with purpose.

How many sessions per week do i need to train?

Most beginners do well on three sessions a week. That's enough to build skill and fitness while giving your body time to recover. Consistency matters more than intensity, especially early on, and the Blueprint is structured around that. The more you turn up each week, the faster you develop the skills.

Will i get hurt?

Our Foundation level is all non-contact. Boxing done properly is a controlled, technique-first activity. Because you're learning fundamentals on bags and pads rather than trading punches, the risk is low. Good coaching, a proper warm-up, and going at your own pace keep it that way. After you develop the right skills, there are contact options that run all the way to competition. At Brother Boxing you only take park in the level you feel comfortable with.

Am i too old to start?

There's no cut-off age. Plenty of people start in their 30s, 40s, and beyond. The fundamentals are the same at any age, and the coaching adjusts to where you are rather than throwing you in the deep end.

What equipment will i need on day one?

Very little to begin. Comfortable workout clothes, flat trainers, and a bottle of water will get you started. You'll want your own hand wraps ($15 at the front desk) and you can borrow gloves from the gym, although it's recommended to get your own pair which you can also purchase at the front desk.

What happens after the 21 Days?

By the end you'll have the fundamentals to keep training with confidence instead of feeling lost. If you want to continue your training, you will speak to one of our staff about an ongoing training routine to continue to develop your skill with Brother Boxing in your corner!
